Olympia Foundation Repair Pros is a local referral service. We are not a foundation contractor and we do not perform structural work ourselves — we connect Thurston County homeowners with independent, Washington-registered contractors who do.
How this works
When you call or submit the quote form, you reach our intake line. We take down what your home is actually doing — the cracks, the doors that stick, the wet crawl space — and pass it to an independent foundation contractor working in your area. That contractor contacts you directly, inspects the property, and quotes the job.
The contractor holds the Washington state registration, the bond, and the insurance. They perform the work, they pull the permits, and any warranty is issued by them to you. We do not set their prices, supervise their crews, or guarantee their work. We are paid a referral fee, which is disclosed in full on our Referral Disclosure page.
Why use a referral service at all
Foundation work is one of the few home repairs where the homeowner usually cannot evaluate the bid. Most people call three companies, get three different diagnoses at three different prices, and have no way to tell which one is right. Our value is narrow and practical: we keep a short list of contractors who work in this county, and we point you at one without you having to start from a search page.

We do not inspect, quote, schedule, perform, supervise, or warrant foundation work. No employee of this service will visit your home.
Questions worth asking
Ask any contractor for their Washington contractor registration number, proof of bond and insurance, and the written warranty — including what transfers if you sell.
Verify before you sign
Washington L&I publishes contractor registration, bond status and complaint history free at lni.wa.gov. Check the number you are given before any money changes hands.
